How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time to the United States is 5–10 business days, for an estimated total of 6–13 business days.

How much is shipping?

Orders under $45 USD have a $5.99 shipping charge. Orders of $45 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is emailed after dispatch.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email service@velmoia.com before returning anything.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the authorized return is received and inspected. Your payment provider may need another 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Where are orders fulfilled?
